The Town Clerk is a key town official who is involved in most aspects of town government. To act as a liaison between the Town Board, employees, and the general public.
Publish meeting agendas and record minutes. Maintain accounting software program including payroll, accounts payable, and recording of receipts. Prepare and submit quarterly and annual payroll reporting of taxes and benefits. Administer Town budget and financial management of departments. Issue liquor licenses. Administer elections. Custodian of public record. Assist the Town Board and Personnel Committee with the implementation of policies, procedures, and mandates.
